It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Leonard Wade. Len passed away in the early morning on Monday, June 1, 2026, at Agape Hospice Calgary, at the age of 79.

Len was born in 1946 in Prince Rupert, as a the second of three children. He has an older brother, Stuart and a younger sister, Becky.

He lived a life marked by kindness, generosity, a sense of humour and devotion to family and later in life, to his strong faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Len’s love for fishing, painting, rebuilding cars and guitars will always be remembered and cherished. He touched the lives of many through his relationships with family and friends.

Len will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Laura; his children Angela, Rhonda (Frank), Kim (Tom), Paula (Rene), and Dan (Patricia); his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son, Todd

Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will live on in the hearts of all that loved him.
